B4構想発表

 先日B4の構想発表がありました。

益研の池田君とリム君の発表は午後から始まり、研究室の皆で大岡山キャンパスに行きました。

They were only allocated 7 minutes for each presentation, including QnA session. There were a few questions asked and they did good. Well done!

Ikeda-kun received an excellent presentation award, becoming one of 10 students who received the award. Congratulations! We're proud of you.

AMC 2011

AMC 2011に行ってきました。
今回は学会発表以外にUCSDに訪問させいていただきました。
今回一人での海外出張だった為、不安な気持ちもありましたが、
皆さんとても気さくで、大変有意義な時間を過ごせました。
ありがとうございます。

最後に、カルフォルニア州サンディエゴでは動物園と空母が
有名との事だったので少しだけ写真を載せておきます。

SSDM 2011

This year, four of Masulab students attended 2011 International Conference on Solid State Devices and Materials (SSDM 2011) that was being held in Nagoya from 27th to 30th September. Our presentations were on different days.  Hamid-san presented first among us, on 28th and went back to Tokyo right after last session ended. Too bad we did get to take his pictures. T_T
So, when Salmi's turn finished on 30th, we went to have lunch with Ishihara sensei and later headed up to the Nagoya castle and Science museum. We really had fun in Nagoya and gained a lot of good experience. ^^
